My passion for movement and wellness stemmed as a child and carried into receiving my B.S. in Exercise Science and professional training for over six years. I understand that fitness is not one-size-fits-all, and I enjoy helping people move and feel better in a way that works for them. Outside of the gym, you can find me walking my dog, trying new restaurants, and traveling as much as I can. Certifications: NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, NASM Women's Fitness Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I've worked as a personal trainer, small group coach, fitness educator, and leader. My coaching specialties range from strength and powerlifting to mobility, TRX, kettlebells and functional training. Today, I focus on helping people move better—so they can feel better and live better. My philosophy is simple: more movement, better movement, movement for life.
