My passion for movement and wellness stemmed as a child and carried into receiving my B.S. in Exercise Science and professional training for over six years. I understand that fitness is not one-size-fits-all, and I enjoy helping people move and feel better in a way that works for them. Outside of the gym, you can find me walking my dog, trying new restaurants, and traveling as much as I can. Certifications: NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, NASM Women's Fitness Specialist
I started training professionally in 2016 after my personal fitness journey changed my life for the better. Whether it's through traditional strength training, yoga, or kettlebells, I've seen how getting stronger and moving better can help improve the quality of people's lives. When I'm not training, I spend my time with friends, trying new restaurants, or watching one of my favorite sports teams.
