Heather studied Health & Human Physiology at The University of Iowa and holds a Masters in Public Health from DePaul University. She is passionate about helping her clients optimize their health and wellness through functional movement, mobility and sustainable health behavior strategies. Additionally, Heather's specialty certifications as a Health Education Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach and a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher assist her in helping her clients achieve their goals.
Jeremiah is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Through many sports injuries, he acquired a passion for optimizing physical movement patterns. Jeremiah's focus is making sure the body is ready and able for anything ahead. Mobility and kettle-bell strength training are among his favorite modes of exercise.
