Nicole is a bilingual wellness professional with 15+ years of experience recruiting and managing talent, programming live and virtual content, and running operations at established and emerging wellness businesses. In addition, she is a seasoned fitness instructor and teacher-trainer in multiple modalities, including barre, cardio, HIIT, strength, and yoga.


Bridgette Karl
Trainer
She / Her

Bridgette is originally from Minnesota but has been in New York for eight years. She competed in D2 Track and field at MNSU, Mankato, where she graduated with a BFA in musical theater. She is highly passionate about movement, likes to see the positive side of life, and loves to go on runs in the rain. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer, functional strength coach, yoga instructor, and row coach.
