Allie invests her attention towards understanding the nuances of her clients' lives to better support a holistic approach to their fitness and health goals. Her priority is a greater long-term outcome. Allie holds certification through NASM as a Personal Trainer. She also holds certifications as: Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Pain Free Performance Specialist, and Spinning Instructor. In her spare time Allie loves traveling to other countries, riding her motorcycle, and hanging out with her two scruffy dogs (Atom & Fitzgerald).

Jennifer is an ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and classically trained Pilates Instructor with 19 years in the fitness industry. She’s been featured on local and national live TV, including The Jam and WGN Live News. Passionate about strength and mobility, she’s focused on redefining fitness and movement beyond 40. When she’s not at Boxcar, you’ll find her spinning vinyl, exploring interior design, birdwatching, and doting on her rescue dog, Winnie.

Elijah takes a well-rounded approach to fitness, specializing in strength, conditioning, mobility, and various bodybuilding techniques. He’s also certified in GOATA (Greatest of All Time Athlete) training, which helps prevent injuries, promote decompression, and build a strong foundation for healthy movement—especially beneficial for athletes, runners, and weightlifters looking for longevity in their sport. Outside the gym, he loves spending time in nature. Fun fact: He once performed in a show at Second City!
