My love for fitness started in high school, simply wanting to "get in shape." Through that process, I realized the array of mental health benefits was just as rewarding. Eventually, it blossomed into a mission to improve how others feel physically and mentally. Beyond fitness, I love to talk football and Formula 1. I also love cooking, skiing, and my yellow lab.
In my experience as a Group Fitness Instructor and in recruiting, I've developed the skills to build meaningful relationships with the people I interact with. I'm excited to help others feel inspired and motivated to prioritize self-care. Fun fact: I've recently moved from Florida and have only experienced snowfall a handful of times.
With experience implementing health and wellness initiatives as a Mental Health Council Director at Florida State University, I’m excited to empower individuals through holistic wellness. Fun fact: I love spending time in nature and made it a goal of mine to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail!
