My passion for movement and wellness began when I captained my college's rugby team. I was inspired by my coaches at the time and made it my mission to become just as inclusive and influential. After graduating, I've expanded my experience in the wellness industry as a health club manager, personal trainer, and group ex-instructor. As your Program Manager, I aim to help you feel comfortable in the wellness space and empower you to feel your best in your body. Fun fact: I read nearly 50-60 books a year, averaging one per week.
