Allie invests her attention towards understanding the nuances of her clients' lives to better support a holistic approach to their fitness and health goals. Her priority is a greater long-term outcome. Allie holds certification through NASM as a Personal Trainer. She also holds certifications as: Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Pain Free Performance Specialist, and Spinning Instructor. In her spare time Allie loves traveling to other countries, riding her motorcycle, and hanging out with her two scruffy dogs (Atom & Fitzgerald).
Kelly aims to empower her students and clients, whether through their yoga practice or fitness regimen, to show up more fully in their life. Kelly has been teaching yoga since 2015 and is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500. Kelly is also an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Strongfirst SFG Kettlebell Level 1 Coach. In her spare time Kelly enjoys canoe-camping trips, going to see live music, swinging kettlebells, and working to increase her deadlift max.
Alex graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in exercise science and brings to Lulafit over ten years of personal training experience. Alex has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals and does this by taking the time to individualize and specify each person's programs. In his spare time you will catch Alex playing rec sports and walking his dog on the lake path.
