Enjoy the benefits of personal training virtually! Whether you have equipment at home or not, your Lulafit virtual personal trainer will take you through a great workout, keep you accountable, help you with form and push you to reach your fitness goals all through a virtual platform.
Virtual Nutritional Counseling
Prioritize your nutrition with virtual nutrition counseling! Meet with your Lulafit registered dietitian from wherever you are and receive personalized nutrition guidance and the experience of meeting 1 on 1 with our experts all through a virtual platform.

Lauren Gremizzi
Program Manager

Lauren competed on the women's swimming team for the University of Nevada at Las Vegas where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. With a Master's in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and vast experience coaching all levels of fitness and sports performance, she can help you tap into your full potential to reach your personal health and performance goals. In her own time, Lauren loves to mix things up with various types of training such as yoga, CrossFit, swimming, strength, and conditioning.
